Tseliso Thipanyane, B.Sc., LL.B., and LL.M., is the former chief executive officer of the South African Human Rights Commission and is currently an independent consultant on human rights, democracy and good governance. Thipanyane is a member of the advisory board of the Children Institute of the University of Cape Town in South Africa and a member of the advisory board of the Council for the Advancement of South Africa's Constitution.
