Lee Miller is the Managing Director of NegotiationPlus.com with offices in the USA and Asia and a business columnist with the New Jersey Star Ledger. A graduate of Harvard Law School, he works with organizations and individuals on how they can more effectively lead and influence others. He advises and trains in the areas of influencing, including leadership, sales, negotiating, customer service, recruiting, and outsourcing. His training programs include Influencing for Leaders, Cross Cultural Influencing and Virtual Influencing, as well as Influencing and Negotiating Women. He also is an executive/career coach and works with non-profits helping them use social media to generate interest in their mission, to fund raise, to build community and to increase membership. He is an adjunct professor at Columbia University. Among the books he has written are UP: Influence Power and the U Perspective- The Art of Getting What You Want featured on Fox and Friends andA Woman’s Guide To Successful Negotiating(McGraw Hill), selected by Atlanta Woman Magazine as one of the fifty best books for professional women and a featured book on The Early Show and Good Morning America. In addition, he wrote a chapter on social media in the Guide to Best Practices in Non-Profit Communications (“A Facebook Page Is Not a Social Media Strategy”) (PRNews'2010) and is a contributor to the Wall Street Journal Online. Lee has also developed interactive online/CDROM training program on negotiating, interviewing, customer service, sales, management and active listening.
